Intentional Faith Development is something of which we all need to be a part of. From cradle to grave, each of us must continue to develop our faith in Jesus Christ. We must continue to learn what it is that the Bible means to us, what it is trying to say to each of us.

New Horizons Children and Youth groups exist to help carry out the mission of the church to the young people of Anderson, IN, to help people build relationships with one another and with God.  This is a safe place for children and youth to ask questions and expect to grow in faith.  We place a high emphasis on mission opportunities.

We are a ministry that is dedicated to touching and inspiring the lives of children and young people by helping them know that they are loved by God and that God has a purpose for them and calls them to fulfill that purpose in the world.

We hope to do this in a safe, fun and exciting environment.

Our congregation contributes to several established mission ministries.  They include local ministries such as the Anderson Christian Center, Harter House, Weekday Religious Education, Youth for Christ, Salvation Army, and Alternative's Incorporated.

We cook dinner at Alternatives shelter once a month and donate goods, time and talent to the East Lynn Christian Church food pantry.

We contribute to other mission causes throughout our North Indiana Conference such as the Bashor Childrens Home. 

We also contribute to world wide missions such as Africa University, Kissy Health/Eye Clinic, Koidu School, and these missionaries:  Kevin Zirkle, Jason Helm and Ken Vance.
