Volunteer members of this team are matched with a person and become their link to our congregation by providing scheduled visits, making phone calls to keep in touch between visits and helping out in a variety of ways that reach out to that person in Christian love.

The Older Adult Visitation Ministry at New Horizons United Methodist Church is a spiritual group of volunteer member caregivers who serve member shut-ins.  Members served are confined or partially confined with physical or mental limitations who live in residential homes, assisted living homes or nursing homes.  Caregivers provide visitations, greeting cards, phone calls and prayer.
